Day 1: GOCEK - AGA HARBOUR

Board the yacht in Gocek in the mid-afternoon and cruise out throught the Gulf of Fethiye and into for Aga "Limani" - Harbour - located on the eastern side of Cape Kurdogulu. There is a small pebble beach ashore and its fun to dive in and swim ashore.

Enjoy some snorkelling, paddle boarding and waterskiing before the sun sets.

Overnight in Aga Limani with dinner on board.

Day 2: EKINCIK & DALYAN RIVER TRIP TO CAUNOS

To Ekincik Bay in the early hours of the morning. Following breakfast, take in the Dalyan River trip to ancient Caunos.The trip is one to remember, starting wşth a journey across one of the most scenic bays in the region. After following a rocky coastline, you'll soon be transported inland through the mounth of the Dalyan River and via a maze of meandering channels, lined with reeds. The ruins of Caunos are interesting and well laid out with an agora, temples, a Byzantine church facades, dating back to 400 BC.

Relax at a cafe in the rural town of Dalyan. If there is time on the return journey, stop off at the sandy "Iztuzu" beach for a swim.

Overnight in Ekincik with dinner on board or ashore at "My Marina" Restaurant.

Day 3: BOZUKKALE - BOZBURUN (ANCIENT LORYMA)

Cruise across to the Loryma Peninsula, dropping anchor in Bozukkale for breakfast. Spend the rest of the morning sunning, relaxing in the shade or exploring this fabulous natural harbour by sea kayak or paddle-board. This is a very pictureque,landlocked harbour, located on a sparsely-vegetated, rocky promontory and its also incredibly historic. Be sure to take a walk ashore and then hike up to the ruins of ancient Loryma. The Hellenistic citadel sits stop a hill and it's great fun to walk long the tops of the walls. Find the best vantage point above an ancient watch tower and experience some of the most spectacular views in the area.

Later in the afternoon, round the tip of the Loryma peninsula and drop anchor near the village of Bozburun. Many years ago, Bozburun was famous as a sponge fishing centre. Today, the town enjoys a good reputation for its boat building. Bozburun is home to some very friendly locals, some of whom create local handcrafts as mementos for visitors.

Day 4: SELIMIYE

Take a tender ride around the coastline and small islands lying off Bozburun, wearing a bathing suit to take advantage of any impromptu stops for beach combing and swimming. Make sure you also take a camera as there is much to see and you'll enjoy photographic the ruins in the area.

Sail up the Gulf of Hisaronu and enjoy the beauty of an untouched coastal landscape. Drop anchor in Selimiye Bay in the late afternoon and go ashore to explore the town. There are a number of ruined Hellenistic castles on the hills around Selimiye, and the town itself is a collection of the old and the new with quaint farm houses nestled alongside seaside cafes and boutiques.

Swim and sunbath until the sun sets over the Aegean then spend the twilight hours at the water'e edge, enjoying some pre-dinner drinks at "Sardunya Restaurant". Overnight in Selimiye with dinner on board or ashore at "Sardunya".

Day 5: AKTUR BAY

A day of leisure to create the perfect mix of fun, sun and relaxation. Swim, snorkel and explore the waters surrounding the curious-looking "Dislice" Island before sailing to Aktur Bay to find an idyllic anchorage for the night.

Day 6: DATCA

After breakfast, sail for Datca, stopping for lunch in a small bay home to the only date palm btive to the Mediterranean, the "Cretan" date palm. It is a rare sight as it grows only on the island of Crete and on the Datca Peninsula. Later in the day, moor on the town quay at Datca and take a short overland tour to the "Olive Farm". Wander about the olive groves, see the on-site olive mill and vinegar hoouse and sample some of the local wares. There are some wonderful, all-natural products available in the gift shop. On the way back to the yacht, take a stroll down the cobblestone streets of Old Datca Town and perhaps stops for some homemade lemonade in a local cafes.

Returning to Datca, be sure to visit "Cinar", the local ice creamery on the main town quay which boasts 30 varieties of ice cream and some local favourites, including "mandarin", honey and almond" and "mastic gum".

Day 7: ANCIENT KNIDOS - BODRUM

Breakfast in the ancient harbour of Knidos. This is a spectacular setting with ruins as far as the eye can see and crystal-clear waters inviting hours of swimming. Before the day warms up, venture ashore to explore the site of ancient Knidos, an important port on the coastal trading route. Knidos enjoyed great prosperity during the 4th Century BC. The city had two harbours and two theatres and most importantly was home to Praxiteles's nude statue of Aphrodite's temple can still be seen today, but the statue dissappeared long ago and has never been seen again.

Cross the Gulf of Gokova and head into Bodrum, stopping for lunch just out from the harbour. Once moored on the Bodrum Town Quay, spend an hour or so exploring the Castle of St. Peter and viewing the fascinating artefacts on display at the world-class "Bodrum Museum of Underwater Archaeology". Wander though Bodrum's colourful streets and enjoy the sights and sounds of this popular resort town.

Overnight in Bodrum Harbour with a final dinner on board, or ashore at the popular "Malades Restaurant", close to the harbour.

Day 8: FAREWELL TO THE CREW

Disembark in Bodrum after breakfast.
